On July 27, 2026, at the initiative of the Kalbajar District Committee of the Republican Union of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ RB), Aydan Mukhtarli, the child of Taleh Mukhtarov, a martyr of the Second Karabakh War, was visited on the occasion of her birthday.

During the visit, Aydan Mukhtarli was presented with various gifts and best wishes. At the same time, the cherished memory of martyr Taleh Mukhtarov, who sacrificed his life for the territorial integrity of our Motherland, was honored with deep respect.
