On October 7, 2026, a regional seminar entitled "Decent Work, Strong Youth, and Sustainable Future" dedicated to World Day for Decent Work was held in Ganja, organized by the Republican Union of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ).

The seminar was attended by 90 trade union activists representing 14 district committees within the service coverage of the Republican Union of ADİİXİ Hİ.

During the event, discussions focused on creating decent working conditions, occupational health and safety, the essential roles of employers and trade unions in this regard, as well as the active engagement of youth in the labor market and their contribution to sustainable societal development.

The seminar featured participation and addresses from the leadership and staff of the Republican Union of ADİİXİ Hİ, a representative of the State Labor Inspectorate Service, and a representative from the Occupational and Health Protection Department of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK).
