A comprehensive meeting was held in Shirvan city with members of regional trade union organizations, featuring the participation of Hikmat Nabiyev, Chairman of the Republican Union of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ RB), union apparatus employees, and representatives of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK).

Within the framework of the event, a video highlighting the multifaceted activities and social initiatives of AHIK was screened. Subsequently, a detailed presentation of the "AHIK Plus" project, aimed at enhancing social protection and support for union members, was delivered to the participants.

During the meeting, extensive discussions took place regarding key issues such as strengthening organizational work within trade unions, establishing new primary organizations across institutions, promptly executing directives issued by the Republican Union, increasing activity on social media platforms, and ensuring transparency in operations.

In conclusion, the importance of further strengthening joint efforts toward the effective achievement of set targets and the reliable protection of trade union members' rights was strongly emphasized.
