On August 20, 2026, an informative meeting was held with the employees of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication regarding the activities, main goals, and duties of the trade union. The event aimed to raise awareness about the protection of employees' socio-economic rights and the role of the organization.

During the meeting, representatives of the Republican Union of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ RB) delivered a detailed presentation on the areas of activity of trade unions, measures implemented to strengthen the labor, social, and legal protection of employees, as well as the opportunities created for union members.

Within the framework of the event, the possibilities of establishing a primary trade union organization at the Center, its legal foundations, and the rules for organizing this process were discussed. Participants were provided with relevant recommendations, their questions were thoroughly answered, and an active exchange of views took place. Held in a constructive and engaging atmosphere, the meeting was received with great interest by the Center's staff.
