Organized by the Republican Union of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ RB), an informative meeting was held with the staff of "Azerхалча" OJSC. The main purpose of the event was to provide comprehensive information on the protection of employees' socio-economic rights and the role of the trade union movement.

During the meeting, representatives of ADİİXİ Hİ RB delivered a detailed presentation on the core areas of trade union activities, measures implemented to strengthen the labor, social, and legal protection of employees, as well as the concessional opportunities and social projects created for members.

Within the framework of the event, the possibilities of establishing a primary trade union organization at "Azerхалча" OJSC, its legal foundations, and the rules for organizing this process were discussed. Participants were provided with relevant methodological recommendations, their questions were thoroughly answered, and an active exchange of views took place. Held in a constructive and business-like atmosphere, the meeting was received with great interest by the enterprise's staff.
