On June 19, 2026, a zonal seminar on "Combating Drug Addiction and Illicit Drug Trafficking" was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Masalli, organized by the Republican Union of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ RB).

The seminar was attended by the chairpersons of the district committees of Masalli, Lankaran, Astara, Lerik, Yardimli, Jalilabad, Bilasuvar, Salyan, and Neftchala, along with trade union activists.

During the event, participants were provided with detailed information on the prevention of drug use, rehabilitation, social reintegration, the role of the family and social environment, as well as the significance of educational measures in this direction.

Representatives of ADİİXİ Hİ RB, the First Deputy Head of the Masalli District Executive Power, and the Deputy Chief of the Masalli District Police Department also participated in the seminar.
